While Impression Technology was founded in 1997, the experience of its staff in designing, developing and implementing automated data capture systems actually began in 1986 as software engineers of Teknekron and of SHL Systemhouse delivering turnkey image systems for large organizations throughout the world. Notable projects in the Revenue and Financial sector included capture systems for the Treasury of Mexico, Australian Tax Office, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, Inland Revenue in New Zealand and the States of Mississippi and Florida.
