With the first engagement at the State of California in 1997, Impression Technology quickly gained recognition as a premier provider of automated data capture solution in the tax and labor marketplace. Published reports by the department have conclusively shown the imaging and data capture portions of TEAM project have provided savings of up to 45% annually. The iCapture solution at EDD has expanded as a result of multiple EDD projects to also include New Employee Reporting, Planned Family Leave and the consolidation of UI continuing claims processing within the original TEAM environment. In 2006, the EDD solution will again be expanded to process over 40,000,000 documents annually, with peak daily volumes exceeding 500,000 documents, and with collections exceeding 2 Billion dollars per day during peak periods.

Most recently, Impression Technology’s iCapture solution was selected by the Department of Workforce Development in the State of Indiana as a part of its 3 year modernization program. Indiana DWD will put the iCapture system in production in 2006 as a part of its “quick wins” strategy as DWD recognizes that it will achieve measurable benefits and savings through the early deployment of this proven solution.

While each of the iCapture systems installed at the locations cited above have been customized to meet the specific requirements and operational needs of each client, the capabilities and functionality within iCapture has continued to expand with the execution of each project.
