City of Phoenix Goes Live with iCapture®

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--March 9, 2009

The City of Phoenix is now in full production operation with their new integrated tax system. The new system automates the processing of all sales tax, new business licenses and renewals through the iCapture® data capture system. The design of the data capture, imaging and workflow systems has been based on the highly successful solution that was initially installed at the City of Tucson. The system streamlines, automates, and web-enables the administration and collection process for the City.
