City of Glendale goes live with iCapture® Data Capture and Remittance System

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--February 10, 2011

The City of Glendale went into live production operation with their new remittance and integrated tax system. The system scans and automates payments and forms processing of all sales tax, new business licenses, municipal water billings and renewals through the iCapture® data capture and remittance system. Glendale joins the cities of Phoenix, Tucson and Peoria as the latest client to implement both TaxMantra and applications from the Impression iCapture suite of software. The design of the data capture, imaging and workflow systems has been based on the highly successful solution that was initially installed at the City of Phoenix. The system streamlines, automates, and web-enables the administration and collection process for the City.
