Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Departamento de Hacienda selected iCapture™ for

its E-Workflow and Forms Management System

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--November 18, 2002

Impression Technology, a leading supplier of automated Data Capture solutions for both the Public and Private sectors, is pleased to announce it has been selected by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Departamento de Hacienda (Department of The Treasury) to provide its new Data Capture system for its Tax Process Automation Initiative. As a subcontractor to Unisys Corporation, Impression will provide professional services and a solution to this project that is based on version 2.0 of its iCapture™ product suite of software for the processing of over a million Individual Income Tax Returns annually. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be operational in March 2003.
